What you will own

Build high-precision RAG pipelines (semantic chunking, pgvector, reranking, grounded citations)

Orchestrate multi-tool AI agents (Claude / OpenAI tool calling, MCP, n8n) with strict guardrails
- 03
Implement automated evaluation suites (evals) and optimize token economics and latency
- 04
Lead secure GDPR / Zero-Data-Retention integrations into client CRMs and ERPs
02Profile
What we look for
- Proven track record shipping production LLM systems beyond toy prototypes
- Strong TypeScript and/or Python skills, pgvector experience, and n8n / webhook fluency
- Rigorous approach to prompt security, deterministic guardrails, and observability
- Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear ROI for business leaders
